Refund policy
At 17 Threads, we want you to LOVE your item(s). But, in the event something doesn't fit properly, we are happy to issue store credit. Read our return policies below.
All returns are issued store credit and must be within 14 days of the delivery date with a receipt. If you'd like to exchange the item for a different size and it's still available, we are happy to do so. If the item is unavailable, you will be issued store credit.
We do not accept returns on the following products:
Intimate apparent items (biker shorts, bralettes/bramis, seamless items), Cosmetics, Drinkware, Graphic Tees/Crews, Hats, Jewelry and Sunglasses
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item has any wear & tear, the exchange will be denied. (smoke free conditions, no stains or odors!) It must have tags as well!
Please be aware that items discounted or marked as final sale are non-negotiable and cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
If you purchase Redo at checkout you will not need to purchase a return label, otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs in the portal. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
**If your return rate is over 50% you will be deducted a 10% restocking fee for all returns.**
