Shipping policy

With the increase of UPS & USPS missing packages we have added Re:do Shipping Protection as an option on orders! This option will default on orders, but can be dropped from your cart at checkout. Should your order not arrive or arrives damaged, you can choose a refund or replacement order by making a claim directly on their app or website. This is all done through Re:do Return Portal!  For more information or to file a claim, please go to Re:do Return Portal.  (Please note that if you choose to decline coverage, 17 Threads can not help recover or replace your order if something goes wrong.)
